Refunds & Returns
We hope that you will be delighted with the blinds you receive from Wholesale Blinds. However, should there be an issue the following can be returned:
- Goods damaged prior to or during delivery.
- Goods with manufacturing faults.
- Goods incorrectly supplied by Wholesale Blinds.
- Goods that vary significantly from their description on the Wholesale Blinds website.
You should inspect the goods within seven days of delivery for damage and inform us of damage or non-delivery within this time.
Only goods that meet the criteria above can be returned. Products ordered incorrectly or no longer required will not be accepted for return.
We strongly suggest that you order a free sample of the fabric or material before you buy. The online images are indicative and we can not guarantee the colour is correct because all computer screen resolution settings are different.
Due to the nature of custom made blinds, we are unable to offer any exchanges or refunds due to an incorrect colour choice.
Warranty
- Where the goods are of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, and should the goods fail to comply with any guarantee in the Consumer Guarantees Act, Wholesale Blinds will repair or replace those goods.
- Wherever possible Wholesale Blinds will undertake to repair or replace any goods damaged prior to delivery. Any damaged or faulty goods will either be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Wholesale Blinds. Where repair or replacement of damaged or faulty goods is not possible a full refund will be issued for the value of the damaged or faulty goods.
Returns
Products purchased on this website can be returned subject to the following conditions.
- Goods damaged prior to delivery.
- Goods with manufacturing faults.
- Goods incorrectly supplied by Wholesale Blinds.
- Goods that vary from their description on the Wholesale Blinds website.
Change your mind
Blinds ordered through the Wholesale Blinds website cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged before delivery. Product incorrectly ordered by you will not be accepted for return. The cost of returning a product will be your responsibility.
Delivery
- All prices quoted on our website do not include freight.
- Delivery to sites outside of New Zealand will be quoted for separately .
- The customer must inspect the goods immediately upon delivery and in all cases must inform the company in writing within 7 (seven) days of delivery of any damage, shortages or non delivery of goods.
- All information in this website is provided to our best ability. However customers are at all times responsible for selecting the product(s) they require.
